Solving problems when using Google Translate in offline mode

Google Translate is Google's translating service that allows people and companies to connect themselves in more that 100 languages around the world.
The app offers many services such as translating using the keyboard, using the fingers, the camera (to translate images), the voice and it still gets a bilingual conversation translated.
Besides that, the app has an offline mode so that people who don't have internet access can use it.

However, the offline mode does not work for some people even after downloading the offline packages and that's what we are going to talk about.

First Solution: update the app on Play Store:

Sometimes, the issue is on an app update and that made it stop working in offline mode. Thus, updating it to the latest version may be a solution for this issue.

Second solution: Clean the app cache:

The app cache is a set of temporary files used to speed up the app. However, sometimes, the app cache takes so much space from the phone storage that the app gets "too heavy" and it doesn't work properly.

To clean Google Translate app cache, just follow the steps:

1 - Open the Settings in your Smartphone

2 - Click on Apps:

3 - Select Google Translate App

4 - Click on Storage

5 - Clean the app cache

If by doing that the problem wasn't solved, so you should follow the last tip to solve it completely.

Third Solution: Remove the SD Card and reinstall the offline packages.

For many times, the app itself installs the offline packs in the SD Card, but, after that, it cannot access it properly anymore even with all permissions on and so the error in the offline mode appears. So, let's see how to solve it:

1 - Remove the offline packages from the app
2 - Remove the SD Card.
3 - Restart the phone
4 - Install the offline packs again ( the SD Card must still be out so that we'll be sure the packs will be installed on the phone's internal storage)
5 - Check if the problem was solved
6 - You can put the SD Card back again.

Fourth Solution: Uninstall the app.

Some users told that none of the steps above solved the issue but uninstalling the app did, so it is worth trying.
